K9H was formed at the beginning of 2025. Kieran worked over 16 years as a Police Officer, the last 9 of those were based as a Dog Handler within the Counter Terrorism Department.
During this time, Kieran handled a General Purpose Dog (GSD), who was trained in pursuit and detention of criminals, tracking, riot control, search and locate amongst other elements. He also handled a Drug & Cash crime search dog (Labrador) who was trained to search and locate illegal substances and large quantities of cash.
In early 2025, Kieran formed K9H to offer an expert outlook into Canine Behaviour and started with basic puppy classes and behaviour modification before the company has become what it is today.
K9H now offers a multitude of services ranging from 1-2-1 behaviour modification, group classes for both puppies & adolescent/adult dogs, fulfilment workshops such as tracking/man-trailing & scentwork to ensure your dogs have a natural outlet for what they were bred to do!
Kieran has extensive knowledge and experience with both working and pet dogs & has years of experience both handling and dealing with severe behavioural issues and is extremely confident and comfortable working with larger working type breeds.
Our mission is SIMPLE - Ensure ALL dogs have genetic fulfilment, daily routine & structure and the BEST bond possible with their owners. Bringing this all together, usually solves many behavioural issues & we're here to help you throughout the whole journey!
